Agoureleo 23/24
Oracle's newest limited-edition “Agoureleo” (meaning "first press of the new harvest" in Greek) is here! This is made with green olives picked while still young and ripening in October, giving the oil a more raw and unfiltered taste, with a rich, peppery herbaciousness. It's been lab-tested to contain four times the amount of polyphenols as the average extra-virgin olive oil — powerful phytonutrients that have been linked to higher levels of anti-aging antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects.
This premium Greek extra virgin olive oil is from 100% organic Koroneiki olives, on a small family-run farm in Sitia, a region in the eastern part of the island of Crete recognized by UNESCO for its unique biodiversity. The farm is dedicated to sustainable practices, using no irrigation and minimal pruning, and their groves are cared for organically, without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. Koroneiki olives are unusually rich in polyphenol and oleocanthal — creating an oil with a very low acidity level of 0.24%.
Our new, limited edition bottle is designed and illustrated by artist Christina Mandilari.
