We ship within the United States only, for a flat fee of $10 for the first bottle and $5 for each additional bottle (for multiple bottles purchased within the same order).

All orders require 1 to 3 days to process before shipment. All orders are sent USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on quantities purchased, and generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days of your order date, but Oracle cannot guarantee shipping transit times and can't be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

For any orders placed through a shipping forwarder, Oracle is not responsible for any customs clearance issues, duties, or taxes. If items are rejected by customs and sent back to Oracle, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

If a shipment is returned to Oracle due to customer error — such as inputting the wrong mailing address or not retrieving a held package in time — Oracle reserves the right to charge the customer for re-shipping or, if the customer prefers a refund, retain the original shipping fee.
